1. Products & Orders

  • All our items are handmade and customized, and may slightly vary in design or color.

  • Prices are listed in PKR and may be subject to change without prior notice.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified unless approved by SanaArts.

 

2. Payments

  • Orders must be paid in full at the time of booking or as mutually agreed.

  • We use trusted third-party payment methods or WhatsApp-based bookings for secure transactions.

 

3. Delivery & Shipping

  • Estimated delivery timelines are shared upon order confirmation.

  • Customers must provide accurate address and contact details.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events.

 

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, returns or refunds are not offered unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • In case of issues, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with proof (images/videos).

 

5. Use of Website

  • You agree not to misuse the website (e.g., hacking, spamming, or attempting fraud).

  • All content, images, and designs are the property of SanaArts and cannot be copied or reproduced without permission.
